DELIVERY INFORMATION

The prices of our online products are in line with those at our Stockbridge boutique. Our standard shipping is by Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Force Express 48, depending on the weight and size of the goods. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns documentation for our full postage and packaging costs.

Collection in person

We welcome collection from our Stockbridge boutique, please select 'Collect in Person' at the checkout. We aim to fulfil these orders within 24 hours and will email you when your items are ready for collection.

Postage costs

Parcels up to 1kg are dispatched by Royal Mail at a cost of £6.49. Larger parcels will be priced in accordance with current Royal Mail rates.

Delivery times

Our orders are usually dispatched between Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Please ensure that somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

To ensure your goods are delivered correctly, an order confirmation will be emailed to you, please check these details and email mokayacocoastockbridge@gmail.com if you have any further questions about delivery.

 

Please check your delivery details carefully both when ordering and on confirmation emails. If goods are delivered to an incorrect address as a result of information supplied by you, we will make every reasonable effort to redirect the goods but will not take responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied. 

 

Standard delivery is 2-3 working days throughout Mainland UK. If there is a delay to the normal delivery schedule, we will display this information on our website. If this applies, your order may still be placed and will be processed for delivery when normal delivery scheduling returns.
