DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our products are stored in a temperature controlled environment, ensuring that your order arrives with you in the best possible condition.
The prices of our online products are in line with those at our Stockbridge boutique. Our standard shipping is by Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Force Express 48, depending on the weight and size of the goods. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns documentation for our full postage and packaging costs .

Local delivery and collection in person
​
If you wish to have your order delivered free by Mokaya Cocoa, please select the local delivery option in the checkout. This option is only available for deliveries within a 5 mile radius of Stockbridge. We also welcome collection from our Stockbridge boutique, please select 'Collect in Person' at the checkout. We aim to fulfil these orders within 24 hours and will email you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that if you do select the local delivery option, and are not local, we will need to use a courier or Royal Mail to deliver the item to you. This will incur an extra cost.

Postage costs
​
Parcels up to 1kg are dispatched by Royal Mail at a cost of £4.85. Larger parcels will be priced in accordance with current Royal Mail rates.

Coronavirus
​
All orders are packed conforming to government guidelines. Local deliveries will be handled with absolute care, and keeping to social distancing guidelines. We will place your order in front of your door, knock on the door, and then step 2 metres back.
Royal Mail, Parcel Force Express 48 & DPD operate their own social distancing and sanitisation measures, keeping within the strict government guidelines.

Delivery times
Our orders are usually dispatched between Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Please ensure that somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
To ensure your goods are delivered to you correctly, a confirmation of order will be emailed to you, please check these details prior to dispatch and email mokayacocoastockbridge@gmail.com if you have any further questions about delivery.
Standard delivery is 2-3 working days throughout Mainland UK. Should there be a delay to the normal delivery schedule, we will display this information on our website. If this applies, your order may still be placed, and will be processed for delivery when normal delivery scheduling returns.
Please check your delivery details carefully when ordering and on confirmation emails. If goods are delivered to an incorrect address as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer both when placing the order and when confirmation of the order is sent, the company will make every reasonable effort with our courier to redirect the goods but will not take responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied.
Deliveries abroad

We deliver to parts of Western Europe for £10.00 per item. (France / Germany / Belgium / Holland / Republic Of Ireland). Our deliveries abroad are sent by DPD.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to other parts of the world this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Please note that this service is not time specific.
This service only provides delivery confirmation where the recipient country’s postal service has this facility. On occasion packages will be delayed by the receiving country’s customs services. This is beyond our control. Please ensure that the weather in the country we are delivering to is cool enough for our chocolates to survive the journey! Like any chocolates they will be damaged by exposure to temperatures above 25C. We will not be liable for damage incurred due to exposure to heat in hot climates during delivery.
Card payments are made easy and secure using Square or PayPal payment platforms.
